Job summary

ProDrivers, part of EmployBridge, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Oklahoma City to drive sales in transportation staffing. You will prospect, build relationships with transportation managers and fleet supervisors, and expand our local market with DOT-compliant driver talent.

You will use LinkedIn, cold outreach and field visits to win new business, identify driver shortages and compliance needs, and provide consultative solutions centered on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of logistics or willingness to learn the industry's challenges.
• Proven success acquiring new customers using modern sales tools and techniques.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
