The Business Development Manager is a hunter responsible for organizing and supporting all aspects of corporate business development and the go-to-market strategy (GTM), under the oversight of the sales & marketing leader. This includes leading sales and client-relationship management (primarily new accounts, with some current business involvement), tracking new markets and emerging trends, recommending new products and services, proposing and developing strategic partnerships, writing proposals and plans, and guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs.

Education and Experience
Required: An associate degree in engineering, science, or business, or equivalent work experience (minimum 8 years in market development and analysis).
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing.
