Sodexo is seeking a Business Development Manager - Convenience Solutions for a Remote role with local travel. The preferred candidates will reside in Lakeland, Florida; New York City; Phoenix, Arizona; San Antonio, Texas; or Los Angeles.

Role Purpose

As a Business Development Manager - Convenience Solutions, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to develop into a high-performing sales professional within a key segment of our business. Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and identify prospective clients using CRM, social media, territory planning, and sales intelligence tools.
  2. Execute outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce Sodexo’s InReach convenience solutions.
  3. Qualify prospects through needs assessment and pass qualified leads to Sales Executives.
  4. Build relationships with key contacts to nurture opportunities and establish trust.
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records to track activities, engagement, and lead status, and leverage dashboards for prioritization.
  6. Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to inform outreach strategies.
  7. Follow-up on inbound and outbound marketing activities to advance sales funnel progress.
  8. Support the conversion of qualified opportunities into closed deals through timely proposals and pricing support.
  9. Prepare proposal materials and client-facing presentations.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop targeted materials.
  11. Develop a foundational understanding of Sodexo’s services and industry trends.
