Location:

This is a remote position, but we are seeking candidates located in the NYC area to serve clients in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Leverage your experience to secure high-value business with mid-cap and Fortune 1000 companies in the technical staffing space.
  • Executive Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers for staffing technical projects.
  • Master Agreements & SOWs: Navigate corporate procurement processes, secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and procure Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track leads, manage client interactions, and ensure seamless sales pipeline management.
  • Face-to-Face Sales: Focus on outside, face-to-face sales meetings to close deals and strengthen client partnerships.

  • Daily & Monthly Metrics: Achieving daily cold call goals, monthly client meetings, and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Clear Growth Path: As you meet and exceed targets, your role will evolve from focusing on activity-based goals to client meetings and long-term revenue generation. Your performance will be directly tied to salary growth and increased responsibilities.
