• Staying ahead of industry trends and partnering with category experts to deliver best‑in‑class solutions
• Strengthening long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow‑through
  • Streamlining ordering processes with internal teams
  • Resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintaining high retention rates and deepening relationships with key purchasing contacts
• Meeting and exceeding activity and sales goals, including
  • Prospecting and account management through CRM tools
  • Completing dashboard activities (New Customers, Insiders, Tours, Business Reviews, Opportunities)
  • Using reports and tools to optimize performance and drive results

As an Innovative Office Solutions employee, you are eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Short and Long Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance, Voluntary Benefits and 401(k) if you work 30 or more hours per week. Benefits are effective on the first day of the month following or coinciding with 30 days of employment. Innovative also provides a discretionary yearly bonus based on company profitability.
