We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Miami, FL

About Us

Ticketplus is a fast-growing ticketing and event technology company expanding into the U.S. market. We work with event organizers, venues, festivals, and nightlife producers to deliver seamless ticketing experiences powered by smart, flexible, and user-friendly tech. As we open our new office in Miami, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our local growth.

Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for launching and scaling our presence in Miami, building strong partnerships with promoters, venues, sports and entertainment brands. You’ll represent Ticketplus at the heart of the region’s vibrant event scene while acting as the key bridge between our Chilean headquarters and the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and lead operations of the Miami office
  • Identify and close new business opportunities (concerts, nightlife, sports, venues, festivals, private events)
  • Develop strategic relationships with key players in the entertainment industry
  • Represent the brand at meetings, conferences and networking events
  • Coordinate with our HQ teams (tech, finance, commercial) to ensure top-quality service
  • Travel occasionally to Chile for product training and onboarding

Who You Are

  • A seasoned commercial leader with experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proven connections in the Miami entertainment industry
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own office
  • Passionate about events, technology, and high-impact work
  • Skilled in negotiation, high-level presentations, and strategic thinking
