Job Title: Business Development Manager

This is a remote position. ProVision Virtual Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our Client Services division. Our Client Services offer outsourced business processes such as contact center management and lead generation/sales activity.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within medium-sized businesses (MMBs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will leverage their sales expertise to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and close sales of our call center/BPO solutions. The role focuses on expanding ProVision’s client base through strategic outreach and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Master the sales process for call center/BPO services.
  2. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  3. Present and demonstrate the value of our services, addressing client concerns.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals.
  5. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  6. Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Convert prospects into long-term clients.
  8. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
  9. Qualify leads to ensure they match our target profile.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Understanding of the SMB market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
  • Pay for Performance: competitive compensation for each deal closed.
  • Starting salary of $75,000/year, with additional commissions for closed deals.
