Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify leads, qualify prospects, and build sustainable client partnerships. The role involves 60–70% local travel with an auto allowance, presenting tailored solutions, and driving negotiations to onboard new accounts.

You will collaborate with service teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction, leveraging strong communication and cross-functional skills to grow the business.

• Outside sales or new account business development experience is preferred but not required.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

• Outside sales or new account business development experience is preferred but not required!


• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.


• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
