Job summary

Elwood Staffing in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify leads, qualify prospective clients, and present tailored solutions. Local travel 60-70% weekly is required, with auto allowance provided.

You will present customized solutions, negotiate, and onboard new accounts while coordinating with a service team to ensure delivery. A valid driver's license is required, and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or new account business development experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between locations.

Responsibilities
