Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a Business Development Manager to expand market share from Winchester, VA to Herndon, VA. You will drive new business development, prospecting in-field, and strategic account management for manufacturing clients.

Build pipelines via calls, site visits, and social outreach, using LinkedIn and SSI to engage plant managers and HR partners. You will analyze labor market data to address turnover and skills gaps, delivering consultative customer solutions on safety and workforce
