Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Business Development Manager in Plano, TX to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end sales and account management. You will target high quality leads, research prospects, and build relationships with client executives across multiple levels to drive growth.

You will manage consultative, post-sales support and follow up, meet weekly new account goals, and leverage EmployBridge's technology and strategic partnerships to reach clients and close

Qualifications

• Experience building strong client relationships
• Knowledge of target market, including geography
• Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business
• Must have market-related and sales experience
• Staffing or service industry experience is preferred

• Utilize creativity by using EmployBridge's innovative technology to reach clients and prospects

The Business Development Manager expands market share through new business development, sales opportunities, and by providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management.
