Overview

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Manager in Phoenix, AZ, with staffing industry experience. This role offers a base salary plus commission potential, combining your career growth with financial rewards.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  1. Attract and maintain customer relationships through phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email, utilizing social selling strategies.
  2. Engage with decision makers, including executives, during the buying process.
  3. Target high-quality leads and leverage partnerships to expand the prospect funnel.
  4. Act as a market leader via networking groups, trade associations, and social media.
  5. Conduct pre-call planning using market research to understand customer challenges and priorities.
  6. Provide consultative account management, post-sale support, and follow-up.
  7. Lead strategic conversations and present upsell opportunities based on client needs.
Attributes & Requirements
  • Staffing industry experience required.
  • Preferred experience in B2B sales within sectors like Accounting, Engineering, Legal, Healthcare, or Admin/Clerical.
  • Energetic, competitive, and challenge-loving attitude.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Ability to develop a book of business locally, based on sales skills and business acumen.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals using methods like Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using EmployBridge’s technology to reach clients and prospects.

Compensation
