Your Role & Responsibilities
- Attract and maintain customer relationships through phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email, utilizing social selling strategies.
- Engage with decision makers, including executives, during the buying process.
- Target high-quality leads and leverage partnerships to expand the prospect funnel.
- Act as a market leader via networking groups, trade associations, and social media.
- Conduct pre-call planning using market research to understand customer challenges and priorities.
- Provide consultative account management, post-sale support, and follow-up.
- Lead strategic conversations and present upsell opportunities based on client needs.
Attributes & Requirements
- Staffing industry experience required.
- Preferred experience in B2B sales within sectors like Accounting, Engineering, Legal, Healthcare, or Admin/Clerical.
- Energetic, competitive, and challenge-loving attitude.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite.
- Ability to develop a book of business locally, based on sales skills and business acumen.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals using methods like Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn.
- Comfortable using EmployBridge’s technology to reach clients and prospects.

Compensation
The estimated annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. Additional compensation components may apply.
