JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role is remote with travel as needed in the Southern California area.

THE OPPORTUNITY: For over 50 years, Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) has been a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry. We are currently looking for a highly motivated ATS Business Development Manager to rapidly expand sales of Automatic Transfer Switches across North America.

YOUR MISSION: Reporting to the ATS Business Leader, you will serve as a key member of the sales team. This hands-on role involves proactively driving the go-to-market sales strategy and developing our channel to market. Mentored by the Director of Sales, you will collaborate closely with all company functions. Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and sustain the strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy.
  • Expand third-party channel partner portfolio across assigned territories.
  • Manage, coach, and guide channel partners to maximize growth.
  • Support Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships with targeted customers to ensure Regal is their preferred supplier.
  • Develop and maintain sales plans per account for Automatic Transfer Switches to meet/exceed targets.
  • Drive rapid growth in orders, revenue, and margin through strategic initiatives.
  • Establish effective sales processes to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal’s vision, mission, values, initiatives, and policies.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Power Management Industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that achieve rapid revenue and margin growth.
