We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Medical Device Contract Manufacturing (West Coast)

Southern California | West Coast Territory | 50% Travel | Remote-based

Are you a well-connected business development leader in the medical device space?

Do you have deep ties with OEMs in electrophysiology, structural heart, interventional cardiology, or neurovascular markets?

We’re looking for someone like you to help drive strategic growth across the West Coast.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a pipeline of contract manufacturing & product development opportunities
  • Leverage your network of OEM relationships to unlock new partnerships
  • Lead strategic programs from early opportunity through commercial launch
  • Represent a world-class manufacturing team with cutting-edge silicone extrusion, injection molding, and catheter technologies
  • Travel across the region to build and sustain customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years in B2B medical device business development
  • Strong experience selling manufacturing or development services
  • Deep knowledge of markets like cardiovascular, neurovascular, drug delivery, or endoscopy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Based in Southern California and willing to travel (~50%)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with silicone, plastic, metal components, or coatings
  • Existing relationships with top OEMs across California and the West Coast
  • MBA or advanced degree in a life science field
