Magna Legal Services is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts across the Boston market and surrounding territory. This is an individual contributor role focused on expanding Magna’s presence within the legal community through new client acquisition, relationship development, and long-term revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, prospecting, relationship development, and new business generation. This individual should be confident and persistent in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and developing a strong book of business. Experience selling professional services or working within the legal industry is preferred but not required.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
