Description

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Leader to help accelerate our continued expansion by developing new revenue streams and strengthening existing business relationships. This position will play a pivotal role in TAK's continued success by identifying and pursuing transformative opportunities that expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and enhance profitability. The Role

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales and market development strategies aligned with TAK's growth objectives
  • Utilize extensive industry network and expertise to identify high-value business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor assessment, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout all touchpoints
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through strategic account development and new customer acquisition
  • Represent TAK at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement improvement initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure seamless execution
  • Foster alignment across departments to support business development initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of telecommunications industry experience with focus on sales, market development, and strategic account management
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing winning sales strategies
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue growth targets
  • Proven ability to build and leverage professional networks within the telecommunications sector
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Expert-level negotiation abilities with experience managing complex, high-value deals
  • Talent for building and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent priorities
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively as business requirements dictate

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary of $125K - $225K, plus additional potential earnings through performance-based incentives
