Qualifications

• Antibody Domain Expertise (Required): 5+ years of experience in the antibody discovery or biologics development field.
• Cell Sorting & Single-Cell Knowledge: Flow cytometry and FACS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Client Support: Manage customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; conduct regular meetings.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance and market developments for senior management.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and support procedures.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the East Coast of the United States to drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop regional strategies aligned with DPBIO's objectives.
