Competitive salary range of $179,000 - $236,500, with additional benefits included.
Qualifications
- Proven experience advancing protein therapeutics through drug discovery phases.
- Expertise in structure-based design of antibodies including multispecifics.
- Skilled in in silico, structure-based, and AI/ML design approaches.
- Track record of advocating for new technologies to accelerate antibody design.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead antibody discovery strategy.
- Drive decision making on construct design for new antibody programs.
- Develop efficient project plans for drug discovery programs.
- Identify and manage external CROs/vendors for drug discovery.
