Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Marketing/Sales/Finance/Economics/Data Analytics/Risk Management/Insurance).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with large datasets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

Support Benefits sales team through data gathering, organization, reporting, and analysis using Excel and AI-enabled tools.
Conduct market research on prospective clients, industries, and growth opportunities.
Assist with creating and maintaining prospect databases, pipeline reports, and sales dashboards.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
Prepare client-facing presentations, reports, and business development communications.
Participate in lead generation through prospect identification and market research.
Assist with outreach and relationship-building activities.
