Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern for the Summer 2027 term to work on the National Mission Critical team in a hybrid in-office role.

The position involves a 40-hour work week with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, starting mid May 2027 and concluding before returning to school in August 2027. The internship focuses on data analytics, process improvement, and technology-enabled change, offering exposure to dashboards, data-driven storytelling, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes and analyze performance gaps using data insights.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve processes, tools, or structures.
• Monitor adoption and measurable impact of changes; adjust strategy as needed.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with sector leadership to address data-center challenges and deploy initiatives.
