Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to join the National Mission Critical team for Summer 2027. This in-office role with 4 days in the office and 1 day work-from-home targets full-time undergraduate students with a December 2027 or later graduation.

The role blends data analytics, process improvement, and innovation as you work with project leaders to diagnose issues and drive solutions through tech and process redesign.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to conduct root cause analysis and identify performance gaps.
• Design and implement process improvements and tooling to enhance operations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs, translating data into executive-ready narratives.
• Collaborate with project and sector leaders to drive adoption of changes.
