• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.

The remaining portion will focus on business development and sales activities, including lead generation, prospect research, relationship-building efforts, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. What will your job entail? What Your Day May Look Like

• Support the Benefits sales team through data gathering, organization, reporting, and analysis utilizing Excel and AI-enabled tools.

Education & Experience Required Qualifications

The target hourly rate range for this position is - per hour.
