Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analytical and research support for transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and de novos.
• Support senior management with financial models and presentations.
• Diligence work with other departments and divisions on potential acquisitions.
• Identify new markets and customer needs by researching trends.
• Provide research support for strategic and transactional projects.
