Steve DiOrio State Farm Agency in Malvern, PA is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to grow our agency by building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will identify opportunities, educate clients on auto, home, life and financial products, and work with the team to meet sales goals. We offer training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive, community-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

Responsabilités
