Business Development Executive (Tech Industry) - Contract

Nimi is a growing tech company supporting clients with talent and product development. We specialize in building enterprise web applications, mobile apps, and corporate websites across industries like FinTech, HealthTech, and Gaming. Our clients include early and growth-stage startup founders, venture capital firms, and digital consultancies who rely on us to bring their ideas to life and scale their teams efficiently. We're on the lookout for a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in the US and building meaningful relationships that fuel our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with US-based clients.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring or tech service needs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our sourcing and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a sales or business development position with responsibility for sales targets. (Tech industry).
  • Has proven experience in selling tech services and comes with a strong network—ideally with connections in the fintech sector and companies operating in the US, Canada, or European markets.
  • A strong track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology and helping clients solve complex problems
  • Comfortable working independently and handling outreach, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work during US business hours.
  • Previous experience in a contract or commission-based sales role is a plus.
