Base pay range

$73,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We have top-class products in the global market for high thermal conductivity substrates and are steadily growing our profitability and performance with a unique differentiation product strategy.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our ceramic components business within the U.S. market. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer tailored solutions that leverage our advanced ceramic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customers in the U.S. market, with a focus on industries requiring high-reliability ceramic components.
  • Conduct presentations, highlighting the advantages of our ceramic components in meeting industry-specific demands.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan to provide customized solutions based on customer specifications.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and detailed sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in product specifications.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.

Job Highlights: Our ceramic electronic components are used in various fields requiring high reliabilities such as automotive, medical, aerospace and infrastructure projects by using our ceramic technology that we have cultivated for many years. Since many products are customized, it is important to receive customer feedback and requirements as well as collaboration with engineers and production department.

Qualifications:

  • Japanese- Business level
  • 2-3+ years B2B sales experiences in manufacturing related industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meet with clients as required.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the United States.

Form of employment: Full-Time ・ On-site

Location: Newark, New Jersey office of Maruwa America Corporation.

Working hours: from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (Other flexible hours available

e.g. 7:30am to 4:00 or 9:30am to 6:00pm.), one hour break

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday. Public and company Holidays total are about 20 days.
