Job summary

Shellsquare Softwares is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive FMCG/spice product sales in Trivandrum. The role involves visiting retail shops, supermarkets, distributors and wholesale markets to build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly targets.

Candidate should have 1–3 years of field sales experience, be self-motivated and capable of working in a field (on-site) role. Malayalam language skills and a two-wheeler with license are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in FMCG/Field Sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills (Malayalam is mandatory).

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and expand our FMCG/spice products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesale markets to generate sales and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to visit retail shops and generate sales( B2B)
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote and sell company products in assigned territories
• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors on a daily basis Achieve monthly sales targets Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
• Ensure product visibility and retailer engagement
• Follow up for repeat orders and payments
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in FMCG/Field Sales preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills(Malayalam is mandatory)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
• Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate
