Our offshore centers specialize in call center services, customer experience (CX), and collections, delivering high-quality outcomes with efficiency and expertise.

Your New Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our executive team. This senior-level role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in the BPO, Call Center, Customer Experience (CX), Collections space, or industries that support these verticals. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and developing new business opportunities, contributing significantly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BPO/Call Center/CX/Collections space.
  • Leverage existing network of clients and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to strategize and implement business development plans.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent Dash BPO at industry events such as trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development within the BPO/Call Center/CX or industries supporting these verticals. At least three 3-5 years’ worth.
  • Strong network of potential clients and opportunities in the relevant sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the executive team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with the US market and client requirements.

Reporting:This role will report directly to the CEO.
