Job summary

PHMG in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across the UK and US markets. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with Sales and Music Production to present tailored demos.

The role is on-site at 2425 E Camelback Road and offers a commission-driven path with a starting salary of $40,000, a first-year target of $80,000, and potential earnings up to $150k+ for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries.
• Identify key Decision-Makers within target organisations.
• Make the first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey.
• Collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations.
• Drive new client acquisition and help grow our global brand through strategic outreach and Cold Calling.

2425 E Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 (Completely On-Site)

Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm

• $40,000 starting salary and $80,000 first year OTE (Top earners taking $150k+ annually)
• Salary increase to $50,000 after 3 months of hitting targ, Continuous automated salary increases every 3 months of hitting target in a row (Up to $80,000)
• $2,000 Graduation Bonus, Bonus paid based on you graduating our 3 month training program.

The Role
