Job summary

A+ Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our onsite team in Austin. You will support the BD group with meetings, events, and data-driven activities, coordinating agendas, materials, and post-event follow-ups.

You will manage calendars, training logistics, and inventory while preparing reports and presentations for leadership. Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience required.
• Coursework or certifications in sales support, office administration, or CRM systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agendas, meeting minutes, and materials for BD meetings and events.
• Schedule BD trainings, meetings, and SEG events; manage registrations.
• Prepare documents, letters, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain inventory control for BD items and swag; monitor supplies.
• Support data collection and reporting from BD systems; track trends.
• Assist with updating the BD intranet page and marketing materials.
• Provide on-site logistics: room setup, tech readiness, and materials distribution.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport materials to branches, SEG partners, and events.
