Evalueserve's Index and Quant team, part of RQS, excels in developing and independently verifying global financial and custom indices. Leveraging technology, we deliver significant value through timely and accurate services across asset-classes viz equities, derivatives, fixed income, and commodities. We also extend services in the areas of portfolio management, analytics and reporting. Our role has expanded to include comprehensive technology support, addressing resource allocation challenges for maintaining and enhancing index platforms. We provide scalable, reliable solutions that prioritize compliance, operational accuracy, and long-term sustainability, empowering financial institutions to navigate market complexities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for potential RQS prospects as well as your allocated accounts.
- Leverage and build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives that anchor long-term sustainable engagements with Evalueserve that are focused on strategic and priority areas.
- Understand Evalueserve’s solutions and products to be able to identify the target audience.
- Attend client meetings along with other Sales/Ops team members (as necessary), both as coaching opportunities and to expand Evalueserve reach by elevating relationships.
- Connect-the-dots about clients’ internal programs, competitive dynamics etc. to identify new opportunities for Evalueserve.
- Understand the competitive landscape and gather necessary inputs on the competition.
- Lead, coach, and mentor teams, as well as work productively within a matrixed organization, on the ongoing major initiatives.

- Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments by proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team playing skills, and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate views crisply and convincingly and adapt style to have the greatest impact on a given audience.
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years proven experience in meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling solutions to Fortune 1000 companies in selling outsourcing and/or offshore knowledge services.
- A track record selling to the Financial Services (CIO IBD office; with special focus on trading and structuring desks of banks, index providers, stock exchanges).
- Expert in market fundamentals and at least one asset class FX, Fixed income, Equity or Commodities.
- Be able to articulate and understand nuances of structuring process end to end in both banking and asset management.
- Experience selling to “C” suite including trusted long held and valued relationships, and proven revenue growth and value contribution in a corporate environment.
