The ideal person will have a passion for good things, strong industry relationships in either fashion, clean beauty, or wellness, and a deep understanding of the Direct to Consumer and Wholesale landscape within these categories.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

1. Connect with hiring managers to secure new business.
2. Interview candidates and pre-screen for suitability for our open roles.
3. Develop marketing strategies to promote yourself and your open roles using email, social media, LinkedIn, and job boards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING :

1. 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience within an agency setting.
2. Existing relationships and deep understanding of brands within the fashion, beauty, food & beverage, and wellness industries.
3. Knowledge of DTC, e-commerce, and digital-based companies.
4. An understanding of the roles and responsibilities within your specialized category.
5. A strong verbal communicator who is not afraid to make calls.
6. Clear and concise writing skills.
7. Strong work ethic, self-starter attitude, and a positive outlook.
8. Interest in running your own business within an agency setting.
9. Digitally native with a strong grasp of technology and tools including Google, Excel, scheduling tools, and ATS systems.
