Jenkins Kia of Crystal River is seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to join our award-winning BDC. You’ll be the first impression for hundreds of customers monthly, connecting them with the right vehicle in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

This full-time role offers hourly pay based on experience, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement, with paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with CRM software is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and train in sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls following dealership processes.
• Follow up with online, phone, text, or email inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Track and follow up on leads and missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Confirm upcoming sales and service appointments.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
