Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism/media, communications, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and outside sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and travel up to 40%.

• Conduct business-development calls with prospective organizations.
• Maintain active employer-group pipeline and CRM activity.
• Manage employer-group relationships and coordinate on-site activities.
• Refer mortgage and commercial opportunities to the appropriate departments.

• Prepare reports on development activities and membership penetration.
• Plan and support marketing promotions and events.
• Develop training for credit union, business, community, and school audiences.
