Business Development Client Executive, Insurance

Do you want to leverage your BPO and Insurance Industry experience selling business services to the Insurance Sector with a growing, global company? Are you able to build trusted relationships with clients while strategically growing their accounts?

Your role...

ReSource Pro is looking for a Client Executive to join our Carrier/MGA and Retail verticals within the Business Development team. Your goal will be to drive growth by cultivating client relationships, leading the client account planning cycle, and ensuring clients’ needs are consistently met. This role requires 5-10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with BPO, and 5-10 years' insurance industry experience.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible. A significant portion of time will be spent traveling to meet clients and prospects.

In This Role You Will

  • Direct strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand their unique business goals.
  • Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients to improve their business performance.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle and communicate the business and financial cases effectively to close sales.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by strategically managing relationships.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and generate referrals.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Learn and introduce new ReSource Pro products/services to clients.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and trends to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Develop strategic relationships with industry influencers to identify new business opportunities.

What You Need To Be Successful...

  • 5-10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with BPO.
  • 5-10 years' insurance industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations.
  • Insurance designations are preferred.
  • Proven sales success and a drive to grow client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are competitive and part of a comprehensive package including variable compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities. The typical range for most locations is $97,847 - $165,707, with potential variations based on geographic location. The role is eligible for uncapped commissions based on sales performance.
