Your role...

ReSource Pro is looking for a Client Executive to join our MGA vertical within the Business Development team. The role involves driving growth by cultivating client relationships, leading the client account planning cycle, and ensuring clients’ needs are consistently met.

Note: All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible. A significant portion of the role involves travel to meet client needs.

In This Role You Will

  • Strategize, plan, and execute business development activities within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand their unique goals and activities.
  • Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to help clients improve performance.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle and effectively communicate business and financial cases to close sales.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through strategic relationship management.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and generate referrals.
  • Implement marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Learn and introduce new ReSource Pro products/services to clients.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and trends to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Develop strategic relationships with industry influencers to identify new business opportunities.

What You Need To Be Successful...

  • 2-5 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably in BPO.
  • 2-5 years of insurance industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations.
  • Insurance designations are preferred.
  • Proven sales success and a drive to grow client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Your Compensation...

Our salary ranges are competitive and part of a comprehensive package including variable compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities. For most locations, the range is $97,847 - $165,707, with potential variations based on location and experience. The role includes uncapped commissions based on sales performance.
