BDC Representative Role As a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, you’ll generate business by handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting sales/service appointments to strengthen customer relationships.

Daily Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and past customers.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Follow scripts for effect CRM.
• Set sales and service appointments.

Key Performance Metrics

• Appointment Setting Rate – Successful appointments booked.
• Call Volume – Meeting/exceeding daily targets.
• Conversion Rate – Turning calls into sales/service visits.
• CRM Compliance – Accurate logging of calls and notes.
• Customer Satisfaction – Quality interactions based on feedback.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
