This is an opportunity to join the department from the beginning and help us build a BDC focused on great customer communication, strong appointment performance and a fun, competitive culture.
As a BDC Representative, you’ll communicate with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle or learning more about our inventory.
Your responsibilities will include:
Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required.

If you have experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, call centers or another customer-facing position, your skills may translate very well to this role.
We expect compensation to be competitive, with strong performers earning approximately $55,000–$70,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based compensation.
