Through mentorship, funding, and digital platforms, we help young changemakers build real ventures and generational impact.

Position: Advisory Board Member – Revenue Operations

We are seeking a strategic, metrics-driven leader to join our Advisory Board as the Revenue Operations Lead. In this volunteer role, you will partner directly with the President and Executive Team to guide EOT’s revenue strategy across fundraising, sponsorships, partnerships, and earned income.

You’ll help operationalize EOT’s vision for sustainable growth, providing insights into sales enablement, pipeline development, donor stewardship, and data-driven forecasting. This is an opportunity to influence a mission-driven revenue engine that funds innovative, youth-led entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on end-to-end revenue operations strategy, including donor acquisition, sponsorship pipeline, and earned income from products and services
• Guide development of systems and dashboards for tracking revenue performance, CRM use, and fundraising campaigns
• Mentor volunteer Business Development Specialists and Revenue Ops Interns
• Support strategic fundraising efforts including grant writing, institutional partnerships, and corporate sponsorships
• Help standardize and optimize key revenue workflows (e.g., lead qualification, donor journey mapping, stewardship campaigns)
• Align revenue operations with marketing, programs, and product teams to ensure cross-functional cohesion
• Join monthly advisory board sessions and quarterly revenue reviews

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business development, nonprofit fundraising, or sales strategy
• Proven ability to design systems for managing pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and fundraising platforms (e.g., Givebutter, Classy)
• Strong coaching skills to support a remote, volunteer-led team
• Commitment to racial and economic equity, youth development, and social innovation
• Experience in nonprofit development, startup fundraising, or strategic partnerships is a plus

Time Commitment:

This is a volunteer position requiring approximately 2 -5 hours per week. The role is fully remote, with communication primarily via Basecamp, Zoom, and email. Advisory Board Members are featured on the EOT website and annual report and are invited to participate in major fundraising campaigns, pitch events, and donor recognition celebrations.
