Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap by empowering Black, Brown, and immigrant-background youth through entrepreneurship and innovation. As part of our strategic growth, we are building a talented Grants Team to support our $300,000+ annual fundraising goals. Each role in this team is essential to fueling innovation, education, and equity.

Volunteer Grants Manager (12-month commitment)

Position Summary:

The Grants Manager leads the overall grants strategy for EOT, managing the lifecycle of proposals, team operations, and donor compliance. This leadership role supports the coordination of a remote volunteer cohort and aligns grant work with organizational milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the full grant pipeline from research to reporting
  2. Manage and mentor a team of grant writers, researchers, and administrators
  3. Develop proposal templates, case statements, and standard language libraries
  4. Track deadlines and maintain a centralized grant calendar
  5. Review and approve all submissions prior to final delivery
  6. Coordinate with the Fundraising and Program teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of grant writing and/or management experience
  2. Exceptional writing, editing, and team leadership skills
  3. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Airtable, or CRM tools
  4. Ability to work independently while driving collective results
  5. Strong alignment with EOT's mission and youth-focused work
