Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a leading roofing and flooring contractor, is seeking a Part-Time Business Development coordinator to support regional managers and sales reps. You will help create and measure lead gen campaigns and identify key contacts across target facilities.

Ideal candidates have strong phone skills, patience and teamwork, with basic marketing abilities. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong phone communication skills.
• Ability to interface with a wide range of potential customers and personnel at all levels.
• Good problem solving and basic marketing skills required.
• Willingness to work well within a marketing team.
• Typing speed of 20–30 WPM preferred.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience a must.
• 6 months or more of related campaign marketing, customer service, telemarketing or inside sales experience is a plus.

This Part-Time Business Development position will be responsible for assisting CentiMark’s Regional Sr. Project Managers and Service Sales Representatives in developing and creating lead generation and other marketing campaigns for our current network of Catholic & Christian Profile & Priority contact lists.

Duties will include the development, creation and measuring lead generation campaigns using internal and external contact databases to identify key contacts at target facility locations. Work directly with outside sales and inside lead generation representatives that will both enhance and strengthen your individual and team environmental relationships.

Job Summary:

• 6 months or more of directly related campaign marketing customer service, telemarketing or inside sales experience is a plus

Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Monday thru Friday – Some flexibility is possible within designated time zones, and Trade Organization Conferences.

Compensation: Competitive hourly base wage dependent upon experience and skills.
