Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Representative at our Stow, OH location. The role totals 29 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:00am–2:00pm; Fri 8:00am–1:00pm). Duties include prospecting, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive new business.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or telemarketing experience, strong communication, a professional voice, and basic computer skills. Compensation includes an hourly base and a lucrative bonus program.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate professionally with clear sentences.
• Clear, pleasant voice and upbeat telephone manner.
• Basic selling and problem solving skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to identify key contacts at target companies and seek detailed qualification information to generate leads.
• Inquire about roofing and/or flooring needs and document findings.
• Fill out literature requests and attach Reference List as needed.
• Make follow up calls after literature is received to advance leads.
• Write up leads with pertinent information for sales reps.
• Introduce CentiMark's local representative to the contact.

Job Summary

Duties will include placing calls using contact databases to identify key contacts at target companies and seek detailed qualification information to generate leads for outside sales.

• Calling businesses from phone directories, computer listings, manufacturing directories, etc
• Inquiring of any potential roofing needs - repair and/or reroofing or flooring needs
• Filling out a literature request, attaching Reference List as needed
• Making follow up calls after literature has been received
• Writing up leads with pertinent information in order to provide sales representatives with as much information as possible
• Making an introduction of Centimark's local representative in the area

Candidate Requirements

• Prior customer service and/or telemarketing experience, preferred but not required
• Ability to articulate professionally using well-structured sentences
• Clear, pleasant voice with good telephone manners and upbeat attitude
• Excellent listening skills to effectively interface with all levels of personnelBasic selling and problem solving techniques, a plus
• Computer literate
