Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of sales, business development, account management or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed; willingness to learn CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Account Managers and Directors in achieving revenue, margin, and retention goals for assigned accounts.
• Contribute to account performance through execution, follow-up, and opportunity support.
• Identify and qualify incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts and provide direct or indirect selling support to the account owner.
• Support pipeline development through research, lead capture, and upsell or cross-sell ideas.
• Assist in early discovery conversations with target customers under manager or director guidance.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and assist with opportunity tracking, reporting, and forecast preparation.
• Learn account planning fundamentals and account sales cycles.
