An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Business Development Associate reporting to the Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.

This role offers exposure to fundamental aspects of business development, supporting the organization’s growth and sales goals by working closely with a sales mentor to understand the business, participate in the sales cycle, and support the Account Executive in pursuing opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to the global mobility process through collaboration with operational teams.
  • Prospect and compile market research to identify sales leads.
  • Shadow various company departments on a rotational basis.
  • Partner with AEs to support pursuit of new customers and directly pursue small business sales leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing in proposal processes and initiatives.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers via virtual contact, in-person meetings, or networking at events.
  • Participate in customer visits and support mentoring Account Executives.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing of customer agreements, documenting sales and order details.
  • Interact with partners to enhance relationships and understand business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in relocation industry.
  • 1-2 years of sales and networking experience.
  • 1-2 years of client management experience.
  • GMS & CRP certifications strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to any Aires regional office.

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Follow policies and procedures diligently.
