Qualifications

• Passion for automobiles and mechanical work.
• Automotive schooling or DIY/vehicle repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other scheduled maintenance.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and top off essential vehicle fluids.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Learn proper repair procedures from experienced technicians.
• Safely operate shop equipment and tools.
• Document completed work accurately.
• Deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Continuously develop technical skills through training.

Your Career Path

Step 1 – Entry‑Level Technician

• Oil changes
• Tire rotations
• Multi‑point inspections
• Basic vehicle maintenance

Step 2 – Express Service Technician

• Brakes
• Tires
• Fluid exchange services
• Additional maintenance repairs

Step 3 – Used Vehicle Technician

• Perform comprehensive inspections on pre‑owned vehicles
• Complete mechanical repairs to prepare vehicles for sale

Step 4 – Automotive Service Technician

• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
• Continue manufacturer certification and technical development

Throughout your career, you’ll receive:
