Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year in a customer-facing role; dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (associate's or bachelor's degree a plus).
• 1+ year experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role preferred (willing to train the right person).
• Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and video fresh inventory, updating website and listings promptly.
• Create social media posts, reels, and videos.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and Google reviews.
• Attend weekly BDA marketing meetings to stay current on brand strategy.

Education

High school diploma
