Kunes Auto Group is seeking a creative and customer-oriented Business Development Admin (BDA) to be the face of our dealership online and in person. This role blends social media content creation, inventory marketing, and customer service—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to grow a career in automotive/RV dealership marketing and sales support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1+ year in receptionist, admin, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in dealership or automotive/RV industry is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfort creating social media content and basic editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: photograph/video inventory, update listings, create social media posts and respond to comments.
• Inventory & Lot Management: conduct lot audits, apply stock signage, keep delivery calendar current.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: perform follow-up calls, send CSI surveys, greet visitors, register warranties, answer phones.
