Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a creative, customer-focused Business Development Admin to manage online presence and in-person interactions. You will blend inventory marketing, social media content creation, and frontline customer support to help our dealership grow.

This role offers hands-on learning in automotive marketing, with opportunity for career growth across a fast-paced team. Training provided; prior dealership exposure is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable creating social media content (photo/video) and using editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: photograph/video inventory, update website/listings, create social posts, reels and videos, monitor and respond to comments and reviews.
• Inventory & Lot Management: conduct sales lot audits, post stock stickers and buyer's guides, keep delivery calendar current.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: follow-up calls, CSI surveys, greet visitors, collect customer information, register warranties, answer multi-line phones.
