Job summary

Kunes Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking a creative and customer-focused Business Development Admin (BDA) to be the face of our dealership online and in person. You'll blend social media content creation with inventory marketing and sales support in a fast-paced, hands-on setting to grow a career in automotive marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher degree a plus.
• 1+ year in receptionist/administrative or customer-facing role preferred (training provided).
• Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable creating social media content (photo/video) and using basic editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: photograph/video fresh inventory, update website/listings; create social posts, reels, and videos; monitor comments and reviews; attend weekly marketing meetings.
• Inventory & Lot Management: conduct sales lot audits; post stock stickers and buyer’s guides; keep delivery calendar accurate.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: follow-up calls; send CSI surveys; greet visitors; collect customer info; register warranties; answer phones.
