Kunes Auto Group is seeking a creative, customer-focused Business Development Admin to manage online presence, content creation, and inventory marketing while supporting the sales team.

This role blends social media work with hands-on dealership duties, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The position is onsite in Wisconsin with opportunities for growth across 40+ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1+ year experience in receptionist/administrative or customer-facing role; willing to train.
• Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable creating social media content (photo/video) and using basic editing tools.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle customer concerns with patience.
• Able to sit at a desk and work on computer; indoors/outdoors.
• Lift up to 15 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Photography and videography of inventory; update website/listings.
• Create social media posts, reels, and videos; monitor comments.
• Attend weekly BDA marketing meetings to stay aligned with brand strategy.
• Conduct sales lot audits and ensure proper signage.
• Assist sales team with customer follow-ups and CSI surveys.
